1Who we are

passgoat.com and study.passgoat.com ("PassGoat", "we", "us") are operated by PassGoat Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at International House, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1UN, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@passgoat.com. Full company details are in our Legal Notice.

By buying from us or creating a PassGoat Study account you agree to these terms. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in them limits the rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.

2What we offer

• Question banks ("Packs"): downloadable PDF files with practice questions, answers and explanations, sold on passgoat.com for a one-time price.
• PassGoat Study: an online study area at study.passgoat.com with question banks, guided learning and progress tracking. It requires a free account.
• Free plan: with a free account you can practise a sample of 20 questions, with their answers, in up to 3 exams.
• Study subscription: where offered, a paid plan (monthly or annual) that unlocks every question bank in PassGoat Study for as long as the subscription is active.
• 3-month pass: where offered, a one-time payment that unlocks every question bank in PassGoat Study for 3 months. A pass does not renew and ends automatically.

Product pages and the checkout show what each purchase includes and its price before you pay.

3Your account

PassGoat Study accounts are created and secured through our sign-in provider, Clerk. You must give a valid email address, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. An account is for one person; access may not be shared.

Your study progress is saved to your account, so you can continue on any device where you sign in (see the Privacy Policy).

4Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product or plan page in US dollars or, for PassGoat Study plans viewed from Europe, in euros; you pay in the currency shown. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

A Pack is a single payment. A subscription is charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until it is cancelled.

5Subscriptions, passes, renewal and cancellation

• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription in PassGoat Study, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and you can update your card from your account. If payment is not completed, access ends shortly after the paid period.
• Price changes. We will tell you by email before a new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel before it does.
• Passes. A pass is a single payment: it is never renewed or charged again. A pass bought while another pass of the same kind is active starts when that one ends.

6Delivery of PDF packs

After Stripe confirms your payment you are taken to a private download page, and we email you the link. The link works for 30 days from purchase, so please save the file. If you lose access, email us from the address used at checkout and we will help.

7Cancellation and refunds

Statutory cancellation right. Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for eligible online purchases. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once supply begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right, and received our confirmation. Where these conditions have not been satisfied, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Immediate access. We ask for that consent with a separate, affirmative tick box before supply begins. Consent is never assumed solely from acceptance of these Terms.

Subscriptions. Where the law gives you a 14-day cancellation right, you can exercise it by emailing us within 14 days of subscribing. If you asked us to start the service during that period, we may keep an amount proportionate to the time already used.

Faulty or undelivered content. You keep your statutory rights where digital content cannot be delivered or accessed, is materially different from its description, or is faulty or fails to conform to applicable legal requirements. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

7-day refund on your first purchase. In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not satisfied with your first PassGoat Study subscription payment or pass, email us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full, provided you have checked or revealed fewer than 150 answers in PassGoat Study since that payment (studying answers counts as revealing them; we count this per account). Access paid by a refunded payment ends when the refund is issued. This voluntary guarantee applies once per customer and does not limit your statutory rights described in this section.

Duplicate payments. Verified duplicate charges and erroneous payments will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

How to request a refund. Email support@passgoat.com with your purchase email address, your order reference if available, and an explanation of your request. No specific form or wording is required to exercise a statutory cancellation right, provided your intention to cancel is clear.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it will be processed within the applicable legal deadline, generally within 14 days after notification of a valid cancellation. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Nothing in these Terms restricts or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

8Licence and acceptable use

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own study: download, store and print Packs, and use PassGoat Study while you have access.

You may not:

• resell, share, publish or otherwise distribute the content, in whole or in part;
• share your account or let others use your access;
• copy content at scale, scrape it, or access PassGoat Study with bots or automated tools;
• use the content to train AI models or build competing products;
• try to bypass sign-in, rate limits or other security measures.

All content remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

9Content, accuracy and independence

We write and review questions carefully, but technology and exam objectives change. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it. PassGoat materials are independent study aids. They are not official materials, are not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification body, and do not guarantee that you will pass an exam.

10Availability of PassGoat Study

We aim to keep PassGoat Study available and may improve or change its features and question banks over time. Occasional interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control can happen. If we withdraw a question bank that is part of an active subscription, the rest of the subscription continues unchanged.

11Suspension and termination

You can stop using PassGoat and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, for example by sharing access or scraping content. Where the breach is not serious, we will warn you first. If we close an account without a breach on your part, we refund any unused part of a prepaid subscription.

12Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not apply to purchases you have already made; for subscriptions, we will email you about material changes before they take effect.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in the courts where you live.

15Trademarks

Third-party certification names, trademarks and logos (such as AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Cisco, CompTIA, ISC2, ISACA, PMI, Salesforce and ServiceNow) belong to their respective owners. References to them only identify the exams our materials help you prepare for and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
