Which plan should I choose?
Preparing for one exam in the next few weeks: the 3-month pass. Studying on and off, or not sure yet: monthly, and cancel when you pass. Several certifications this year: annual.
Does the 3-month pass renew?
No. It is a single payment for 3 months of access. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
How do I cancel a monthly or annual plan?
Anytime, from your account in PassGoat Study or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card is needed. You can practise 20 questions with their answers in up to 3 exams and see your indicative result by exam domain.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and you can download invoices from your account. For anything else, email support@passgoat.com.
What is the refund policy?
7-day refund on your first purchase if you have checked fewer than 150 answers. The full conditions are in the Terms.
